• Educational Qualifications / ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS :

(i) Education Certificate with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Metric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School /College / Board / University.
(ii) Provisional/online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/University.
(iii) Candidates with metric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
(iv) List of Education Board recognized by State Governments / UT administrations will only be accepted. List of Education Board is as per Appendix ‘B’.

• Age Limit: Born between 01 October 1999 to 01 April 2005.

Note :

The upper age limit has been relaxed from 21 years to 23 years as a onetime measure for the Recruiting Year 2022-23.

2. Post No.2: 12th Pass with 50% marks (PCB & English). Or 12th Pass + ITI or Diploma.
3. Post No.3: 12th Pass with 60% marks (Arts, Commerce, Science).
4. Post No.4: 10th Pass
5. Post No.5: 08th Pass

• HOW TO APPLY

(a) All candidates to log in to joinindianarmy.nic.in, check their eligibility status and create their profile.

(b) Online Registration (submission of application) will commence from 05 Jul 2022 and close on 03 Aug 2022.

(c) Candidates will login after 10 Aug 2022 and take printout of the admit card which they will carry to Rally Site. Admit card for the rally will be sent through registered email from 10 Aug 2022 to 20 Aug 2022. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card. The date and venue are tentative and might be changed.

(d) Candidates will be allowed to participate in the Rally if they produce Admit Card.

• Army Recruitment Rally under Agnipath Scheme will be held at Nagpur from 17 Sep 2022 to 07 Oct 2022 for eligible candidates of districts Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Yavatmal, Wardha, Washim, Bhandara, Gadhchiroli, Chandrapur and Gondiya. Exact venue will be intimated to the candidates in the Admit Card.

• Benefits for Personnel Exiting at Four Years of Service. After completing four years of service (as applicable), the following benefits will be offered to the exiting individuals

a) Seva Nidhi Package

On discharge at 4 years, the corpus of Rs 5.02 lakhs will be matched by GOI, an amount of Rs10.04 lakhs and accrued interest will be given to the Agniveers. In case of Agniveers who are subsequently selected for enrolment in IA as regular cadre, the “Seva Nidhi” package to be paid to them will comprise only their contribution including accrued interest thereon. In the case of Agniveers existing service before the end of
their engagement period on their own request, the individual’s Seva Nidhi package, accumulated as on date, will be
paid with the applicable rate of interest. In such cases, no Govt contribution to Seva Nidhi Package will be entitled. The “Seva Nidhi” will be exempt from Income Tax.

b) Payment Modality

Seva Nidhi Package. Two options to receive Seva Nidhi package will be provided to each
Agniveers, with an aim to provide financial loans from self employment/entrepreneurship through a bank Guarantee as also to meet immediate/ incidental expenses, on exit. Firm details will be promulgated separately.

c) Allowances

The Agniveer pay is a composite package and he will not be eligible for any Dearness Allowance and Military Service Pay. He will get applicable Risk & Hardship, Ration, Dress and Travel allowances as decided by the GOI from time to time.

d) Agniveers will be exempted from making any contribution in Armed Forces Personnel Provident Fund or any
other Provident Fund.

e) There shall be no entitlement towards gratuity or pensionary benefits for Agniveers enrolled through this Scheme.
