Salary Details – NIA Recruitment

The salary structure for the positions under NIA Recruitment 2024 follows the 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix, as per government norms. The pay varies based on the post, as detailed below:

Inspector

• Pay Matrix Level: Level-7

• Salary Range: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400

• Pre-revised Pay Band: PB-2 (₹9,300 – ₹34,800)

• Grade Pay: ₹4,600

Sub Inspector

• Pay Matrix Level: Level-6

• Salary Range: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400

• Pre-revised Pay Band: PB-2 (₹9,300 – ₹34,800)

• Grade Pay: ₹4,200

Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI)

• Pay Matrix Level: Level-5

• Salary Range: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300

• Pre-revised Pay Band: PB-1 (₹5,200 – ₹20,200)

• Grade Pay: ₹2,800

Head Constable

• Pay Matrix Level: Level-4

• Salary Range: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100

• Pre-revised Pay Band: PB-1 (₹5,200 – ₹20,200)

• Grade Pay: ₹2,400

Age Limit –  NIA Recruitment

The age criteria for candidates applying to the NIA Recruitment 2024 are governed by the official recruitment rules for deputation-based appointments.

How to Apply

2. Fill the Application Form:

3. Gather Required Documents:
   Collect attested copies (by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India) of the following documents:

   • APAR dossiers from the year 2018-19 to 2022-23.

   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate.

   • Integrity Certificate.

   • A certificate confirming that no major/minor penalty was imposed on the officer during the last 10 years.

4. Forward through Proper Channel:
   The duly filled application form, along with the attested copies of the required documents, must be forwarded through the proper channel.

5. Send to NIA:
   The completed application should reach the following address before the closing date:

6. Deadline:
   Ensure the application reaches the NIA HQ within two months from the date of publication of this item in ‘Employment News’. Applications received after the last date, or those incomplete or not received through the proper channel, will not be considered.

    • Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

• • • With ten years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.
      
       

       
  • Head Constable: Officers of the Central Police Organizations or State Police Organizations or Government Intelligence Agency or other investigation bodies:
    
    • Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
